EARLY LIFE

Emmanuel Osuji is a skilled kickboxer and MMA fighter, He began his combat sports career in 2019 and has been in seven MMA fights, one amateur and six professional.

MMA CAREER

Osuji is an MMA fighter who has contested in many MMA tournaments like WSC African Warrior King, AKO show, FOFN 1 & 2, and 1zone MMA. His first amateur bout was against Ivorian Dieng Karim, and he won the fight via unanimous decision in round three.

Next, he had his first pro debut against Cornel Thompson but unfortunately lost the fight. The match ended with Thompson victorious after landing punches and blows that knocked Osuji out in the first round. Soon, Osuji faced Jude Okechi and won the match via TKO after landing multiple strikes and blows in the second round.
Afterwards, he squared off against Micheal Ikenna, and after a series of punches and takedowns, Ikenna was declared winner via split decision.

Next, he went up against Ebenezer Imbu and won the first round after delivering punches and a grapple that almost defeated him. Fortunately, he recovered quickly, and after delivering a precise kick to Imbu’s knee, Osuji emerged the winner in round two.

He soon faced Richard Onem, and both opponents proceeded cautiously, keeping a tight defense and tagging each other.

By the third round, Onem came in swinging, and Osuiju suffered multiple hits and a fatal hammer fist that saw him bleeding, but he quickly recovered. The match ended with Onem victorious via unanimous decision. Osuji’s last recorded fight was against Ugandan Alex Matsiko.

After the match began, the two opponents exchanged kicks, but Matsiko went in for a takedown and had Osuji in a headlock. Osuji broke through, but Matsiko went in for another takedown in round two and tried for a chokehold but was unsuccessful. Round three saw both opponents scoring fatal blows, punches, and leg kicks, but by the end, Matsiko emerged victorious.
