The UFC 335 lineup in December continues to grow after a postponement moved a women’s bantamweight matchup from Qatar to Las Vegas.
Before closing out the year in its home city of Las Vegas, the UFC will return to the Middle East for Fight Night events in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. However, two fighters originally scheduled to compete in Doha will now travel to the United States after the promotion rescheduled Jacqueline Cavalcanti’s clash with Michelle Montague.
Las Vegas will host the UFC’s final event of 2026, with the promotion set to wrap up the year with UFC 335 at the T-Mobile Arena on Dec. 12.
The card already features several major names. Charles Oliveira will defend his BMF title against Diego Lopes in the main event, while other high-profile matchups continue to take shape.
Among the latest additions is a women’s bantamweight contest that was originally scheduled for Nov. 21 at UFC Qatar.
Cavalcanti vs. Montague was set to serve as the only women’s fight on the Doha card. However, the UFC has now moved the matchup to UFC 335, leaving the Qatar event with an all-male lineup.
The promotion has not explained why it postponed the fight. Luana Santos first revealed the change, which Marcel Dorff later confirmed on X.

Portugal’s Cavalcanti earned her UFC contract after winning the LFA bantamweight title and went on to win her first five fights inside the Octagon. However, the No. 6-ranked contender in the women’s bantamweight division suffered her first UFC loss against Ketlen Vieira in May.
Cavalcanti will now look to get back to winning ways when she faces Montague in Las Vegas.
Montague, meanwhile, will aim to protect her unbeaten professional record. The 8-0 former PFL standout has won both of her UFC appearances by unanimous decision. However, she finished her first six professional opponents by rear-naked choke before joining the promotion.
Both fighters also share a notable win over former title challenger Mayra Bueno Silva, giving the matchup an interesting storyline as they prepare to meet at UFC 335.
The rescheduling gives Montague and Cavalcanti a new date and location for their meeting, while UFC Qatar will proceed without a women’s bout on its lineup.
Other women’s matchups scheduled for UFC 335 include Maycee Barber vs. Carli Judice and Angela Hill vs. Shanelle Dyer. The event will close out the UFC’s 2026 schedule with Oliveira and Lopes headlining the card.
