The UFC Noche tournament was a night of thrilling takedowns and unexpected wins. In the end, three fighters walked away with a bonus prize for their stunning performances in the Octagon.
The night was headlined by a featherweight bout featuring Diego Lopes and Jean Silva. The two began the fight with a lot of energy, with Lopes having the upper hand by taking the bout to the ground. In round two, Silva gained momentum and rocked Lopes with a right hand. As Silva moved in for a kill shot, Lopes countered with a perfectly timed spinning elbow that sent Silva crashing to the floor. He followed with ground-and-pound strikes to secure a TKO win in the second round.

The performance earned Lopes a Performance of the Night bonus, plus a share of Fight of the Night honours with Silva, giving each fighter an additional $100,000.
The other performance bonus went to 21-year-old Santiago Luna, who kicked off the main card in style by stopping Quang Le in the first round with a TKO. The finish helped get the event back on track after a tough slate of preliminary bouts.
