The UFC Noche event is set to be a low-key affair, taking place on the same night as the highly anticipated boxing match between Canelo Alvarez and Terence Crawford.
Both events are being promoted by UFC CEO Dana White, but they’ll take place in different locations. UFC Noche will be headlined by featherweight contenders Diego Lopes and Jean Silva, and the night promises fireworks. Also on the main card is Tatiana Suarez, who will face Amanda Lemos in a strawweight bout.
Suarez returns after suffering her first UFC loss to strawweight champion Zhang Weili at UFC 312. During that fight, she sustained a gruesome knee injury that kept her sidelined. She was initially booked to face Lemos early last year but suffered another knee injury that pushed the fight back again. Now, Suarez appears fully recovered and is set to return to the Octagon, looking to silence critics and get back on track.

Currently, Suarez ranks No. 3 in the MMA Fighting Global Rankings. Her long-awaited title shot this past February at UFC 312 ended in a one-sided decision loss to Zhang Weili, marking her first defeat in a seven-year winning streak.
Lemos (15-4-1), ranked No. 6 at strawweight, has won two of her last three bouts since challenging Zhang for the title in 2023. She earned decision victories over Mackenzie Dern and Iasmin Lucindo, with a submission loss to Virna Jandiroba sandwiched between.
