KSW110

KSW 110 touched down in Rzeszów, Poland, on September 20 with a stacked card from top to bottom, headlined by a pivotal clash at a 176-pound catchweight. Local favourite Andrzej Grzebyk looked to keep his momentum rolling when he met dangerous striker Muslim Tulshaev in the main event.

As Grzebyk turned up the heat, Tulshaev unleashed a hellacious knee near the fence that caught his overzealous opponent clean. Tulshaev followed up with a right hand that sent Grzebyk crashing to the canvas. Moments later, the referee stepped in and brought the fight to a halt with less than a minute remaining in the opening round.

In the KSW 110 co-main event, Madars Fleminas climbed back into the win column, scoring a split decision victory over Tymoteusz Łopaczyk on Saturday night.

While things were competitive on the feet, it was Fleminas’ work on the mat that secured the win. Curiously, one judge scored the fight as a clean sweep for Łopaczyk, but the other two disagreed, allowing Fleminas to snap a two-fight losing skid and earn his second career win under the KSW banner.
