Jon Jones is officially stepping into the next phase of his career, this time, outside the cage.
Following his retirement announcement during the UFC Baku post-fight press conference, Dana White confirmed that “Bones” has closed the chapter on his legendary run in mixed martial arts. While the end of Jon Jones’ fighting career stirred debate, especially with fans accusing him of ducking a title unification bout with Tom Aspinall, he’s been unbothered. Jones leaned into the trolling, even swapping his profile photo for a cartoon duck holding a UFC belt.
However, away from the noise, Jones has been focused on business.
The former champion took to Instagram to unveil his latest venture. He’s now partnered with Ketone-IQ and has taken on a leading role in the company.

“I couldn’t be more thrilled to announce my new position at @ketone as their Chief Performance Officer,” Jones wrote. “It’s been great in the cage, but I want my true legacy to be the way that I conduct business, putting my best foot forward in everything that I do. Ketone-IQ has been a game-changer in my daily life, giving me more mental clarity, focus, and fuel to take me through each and every day. I believe in it so much that I became a co-owner of the company. Try it, this stuff slaps.”
Now that he’s no longer tied to fight camps and title defenses, Jon Jones is free to dive into more lucrative ventures. He’s already off to a strong start with this performance-enhancement brand and likely has more on the horizon. But not everything is running smooth just yet.
Jones is still dealing with a legal issue stemming from an incident back in February. He’s facing a criminal charge for leaving the scene of a traffic accident in New Mexico. Body cam footage from the incident shows a man allegedly making threats to law enforcement over the phone, and a woman on the scene claimed Jones was the individual responsible.
Despite the legal matter, Jon Jones is wasting no time building his post-fight legacy. Whether it’s through business or branding, the former champ seems determined to make as much noise outside the octagon as he did inside it.
