Fans were not disappointed as the UFC Denver held exhilarating fights on Saturday. The tournament was held at Ball Arena, Denver, Colorado.
The main event of the night saw Rose Namajunas battle and defeat Tracy Cortez with a unanimous decision win. The following fights on the main card saw Jean Silva and Drew Dober deliver a bloody performance that ended with Jean Silva winning after a TKO. Both opponents were awarded Fight of the Night winners with a $50,000 cash prize. Another bout that earned a lot of praise was Charles Johnson vs Montel Jackson. The rivals earned themselves Performance of the Night and were also given a $50,000 cash prize.
Silva vs Dober’s fight was an intense and bloody three-round battle with both opponents refusing to back down. Silva landed a deadly elbow blow that caused a cut over Dober’s eyes leading to the stoppage of the match
