Pantoja’s $650,000 flat payout makes him the highest-paid fighter on the UFC 331 disclosed list. Van follows closely with $500,000, meaning the former champion earns $150,000 more than the reigning champion despite coming up short inside the Octagon.
The co-main event also produces a notable payday. Arman Tsarukyan earns $350,000 for his lightweight clash with Mauricio Ruffy, while Ruffy’s disclosed deal lists him at $110,000 to show, with another $110,000 available for a win. Tsarukyan goes on to stop Ruffy by first-round knockout.
Patricio “Pitbull” Freire and Marlon Vera are next on the disclosed list at $400,000 each. Pitbull earns $200,000 to show plus a $200,000 win bonus, while Vera receives the same structure.
