RAF wrestler Georgia Poullas is facing serious legal trouble after authorities arrested him on a felony aggravated battery charge following a violent altercation at a party in Delray Beach, Florida.
According to online booking records, Georgia Poullas was taken into custody at 3:55 a.m. on June 6 and later released on a $1,500 bond. Authorities charged him with aggravated battery, alleging he intentionally or knowingly caused great bodily harm, permanent disability, or permanent disfigurement.
According to a police report first obtained by Boca Daily News, the incident occurred during a bachelor and bachelorette party held at an Airbnb. Investigators allege that Poullas threw another man through a glass coffee table, causing injuries that required medical treatment.
Police responded to the rental property after reports of a fight breaking out among attendees.
Authorities say the confrontation began when Georgia Poullas and his brother, Nicholas, allegedly berated their sister, who was also the bride-to-be. The groom and his brother reportedly stepped in after Nicholas allegedly pushed his sister, escalating the situation into a physical altercation.
The groom told police that Nicholas struck him several times in the face. After he fell to the ground, he claimed he was repeatedly punched and kicked.
The groom described the attack as being “curb stomped.” According to investigators, the groom’s brother then attempted to intervene. Police allege that Georgia Poullas grabbed him and “slammed him onto a glass coffee table.”

Authorities further allege that Poullas continued striking the man and choked him as the fight continued.
Medical personnel treated both victims at the scene. The groom’s brother reportedly suffered cuts to his hands and above one eye, while the groom sustained a cut to his upper lip and swelling around his left eye and brow.
When officers arrived, several partygoers reportedly fled the Airbnb, including the Poullas brothers. Police later deployed a K-9 unit and allegedly located Georgia and Nicholas Poullas hiding in bushes at a nearby residence.
Authorities arrested Georgia Poullas on the felony aggravated battery charge, while Nicholas Poullas faces a lesser charge of simple battery. Georgia is scheduled to return to court on July 9.
Combat sports fans may recognize Georgia Poullas from his appearances in RAF, the wrestling promotion that has gained attention for featuring MMA stars and crossover athletes.
