As the promotion officially ushers in its new broadcast partnership with Paramount+, one of its most familiar on-air faces will not be making the transition. After more than a decade behind the UFC desk, Bryant announced that her time with the organization is over.

Bryant, who began her MMA broadcasting career with EliteXC in 2008, joined the UFC in 2012 and quickly became a staple of pre-fight and post-fight coverage. Her tenure spanned multiple broadcast eras, from FOX Sports to ESPN, and she remained a constant presence on fight nights across the globe.

In a video shared on social media, Bryant confirmed the news and addressed fans directly.

“I wanted to let you guys know that after 14 years, my time at the UFC desk is over. I’m not moving forward with them in the Paramount era,” Bryant said.

“I had an incredible time over the last 14 years. I’ve gotten to see and do some amazing things, and I really want to thank the people I worked with who work so hard to put these shows together.”

Bryant made it clear that what she will miss most isn’t the spotlight, but the relationships built behind the scenes.

“The thing I’m going to miss the most is just BS-ing and shooting the crap with the fighters in the room before we go on the air,” she said. “Those moments were special.”

Despite the disappointment, Bryant emphasized that this chapter does not signal the end of her career in combat sports.

“I’m not stopping,” Bryant added. “It’s a bummer because I had such a great time, but I’m incredibly grateful. I want to thank the fighters for always being honest and candid when they sat down with us. It really was something special.”

Bryant also revealed plans to remain active in MMA media, including continuing her work alongside UFC Hall of Famer Rashad Evans, while also hinting at a return to her pop culture roots. Before entering combat sports, she built her career as a video journalist with MTV.

With more than two decades of experience across boxing, MMA, and entertainment, Karyn Bryant exits the UFC desk as one of the most recognizable and respected voices in the sport, even as she prepares for what comes next.
