One of the co-main events at the UFC Vegas 107 fight night featured a hard-fought matchup between middleweights Dusko Todorovic and Zachary Reese. Reese defeated Dusko via unanimous decisions.
Both fighters came into the octagon determined to make a statement, and the three-round battle that followed was full of action, grit, and heart.
From the opening bell, Dusko Todorovic—who defeated Teddy Ash via unanimous decision in the DWCS 26– started strong, taking Reese down early and landing strikes from the top position and took control. He came out strong, scoring an early takedown and keeping Reese on the ground for most of the first round.
While on top, Dusko landed several clean strikes, showing off his ground control and keeping the pressure on. Reese had a difficult time in the first round, as he was mostly on the defensive, but he didn’t quit. He showed toughness and stayed in the fight.
In the second round, Reese began to come alive. He looked more confident on his feet and started landing solid punches that got the attention of both Todorovic and the fans.

There was a noticeable shift in momentum, but Todorovic once again used his wrestling to change the pace. He secured another takedown and continued to control the fight on the ground, although Reese showed better defense this time and made it harder for Dusko to dominate.
The third round was competitive, with Dusko sticking to his wrestling game plan and Reese doing his best to stay active. Whenever Reese had space, he threw meaningful punches and never backed down. Dusko stayed in control for much of the round, but Reese’s resilience stood out.
After three intense rounds, it went to the judges’ scorecards. All three judges saw the fight the same way and scored it 29-28 in favor of Zachary Reese.

It was a close and tough contest, Reese’s effort, especially in the second and third rounds helped him earn a well-deserved unanimous decision win.
