EARLY LIFE
Richard Onem is a formidable opponent who has competed against top Nigerian MMA fighters and has stood his ground. The fighter’s first MMA pro debut was in 2020 at the AKO, and he has been in six fights throughout his MMA career.
MMA CAREER
The fighter has been in multiple tournaments like the AKO show, PFC, FOFN1, Lome Fight Night Night International, and Spirit of the Warrior. Onem battled against Ogunnoiki, but he lost in the second round after getting knocked out by Ogunnoiki. Next, he faced off against Kingsley Ajunwa in the lightweight division and won the bout via TKO in round two.
