UFC 315 was capped off by a welterweight title fight between Belal Muhammad and Jack Della Maddalena, and what a moment it was for the Aussie.
It felt like a breakthrough for Maddalena, who outstruck Belal for most of the fight and handled the takedown attempts with composure. Even when Belal managed to get him down, Jack popped right back up like it was nothing. The fifth round was an all-out war, but by the time the final horn sounded, it was pretty clear who had done the damage. The performance earned both fighters $50k each
The UFC also handed out UFC 315 post-fight bonuses to Jasmine Jasudavicius for her first-round submission win over Jessica Andrade, while Marc-Andre Barriault picked up the same for his brutal first-round knockout of Bruno Silva.
