Paddy “The Baddy” Pimblett isn’t pulling any punches when it comes to Arman Tsarukyan, and now the tension between the two UFC lightweights is reaching a boiling point.
Back in January, Tsarukyan was scheduled for a highly anticipated lightweight title rematch against Islam Makhachev. But just weeks before the fight, he reportedly injured his back during training and was forced to withdraw. Renato Moicano stepped in as a last-minute replacement. However, not everyone bought the injury excuse, including Pimblett, who believes Tsarukyan ducked the fight due to issues making weight.
Now, months later, Pimblett still isn’t letting it go. On a recent episode of the Full Send MMA podcast, he took direct aim at Tsarukyan in classic Baddy fashion.
“The only person in the top 10 I can think of who’s under 35 is Arman Tsarukyan,” Pimblett said. “He’s just a little posh boy who’s had everything handed to him on a silver platter by his dad. No, he didn’t get injured, he’s a little btch ass. That’s what you are, Arman. Little btch boy.”
Pimblett doubled down, pointing to UFC President Dana White’s recent comments as proof that Tsarukyan’s credibility is slipping.

“Dana shot him down in that interview. I was like, ‘Whoa, that’s heavy.’ You don’t want the boss saying that about you,” he continued. “He got asked if Arman’s still No. 1, and Dana was like, ‘No, he’s going to have to go back to the drawing board.’ He decided not to fight. So basically, Arman, you sht your pants. You farted, followed through, and had sht running down your leg.”
Unsurprisingly, Tsarukyan didn’t take kindly to the remarks. He clapped back on social media, offering Pimblett a chance to settle things inside the cage if the Brit gets past his next opponent, Michael Chandler. A matchup with these two might be a perfect opportunity for Tsarukyan, as his absence from the title fight with Makhachev has set him back, and he will most likely have to earn his way back to a title shot.
“Says the guy who got the easiest path to the top in the UFC just because he’s got a funny accent and a budget Beatles haircut,” Tsarukyan posted on X. “I dare you to call me out if you win—and we’ll see who sh*ts their pants in the octagon when we meet, clown.”
For now, “The Baddy” still has some hurdles to jump before he gets into the octagon with Tsarukyan. However, a win over Michael Chandler at the UFC 314 might be a good set up for him and an even earn him an eventual title shot.
