Logan Storley cleared as prosecutors dropped Key West charges. Former Bellator standout and ex-PFL welterweight Logan Storley has had all criminal charges against him dismissed following his arrest in Key West, Florida, earlier this year.
According to court records from Monroe County, prosecutors officially closed the case and canceled a hearing that had been scheduled for August 3, bringing an end to the legal proceedings against the 33-year-old fighter. Storley was arrested in May 2026 on a charge of sexual battery after a woman accused him of sexually assaulting her outside a bar in Key West following an encounter at a nightclub. He was later released on a $50,000 bond while the case proceeded.
“We are pleased that the criminal case involving Logan Storley has been resolved through a pretrial diversion program, after which the State has agreed to dismiss the charges,” Storley’s manager and attorney David Martin said in a statement sent to MMA Fighting.
“We want to thank attorneys Jeff and Diego Weiner for their exceptional representation and most importantly, we want to thank everyone who refused to rush to judgment. The presumption of innocence remains a cornerstone of our criminal justice system, and every person deserves fairness, due process, and the opportunity to have their case decided based on the facts, not public opinion.
“Logan is committed to becoming the best version of himself and looks forward to focusing on his family, his career, and the opportunities that lie ahead.”
Storley built a successful MMA career in Bellator before later competing in the PFL. His most recent appearance came in his hometown of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where he earned a unanimous decision victory over Florim Zendeli in what proved to be his final fight with the promotion.
With the case now officially closed, Storley is legally cleared of the charges and can turn his attention back to his fighting career after several months dominated by legal proceedings.
