Kevin Holland didn’t hold back after his frustrating loss to Mike Malott at UFC Vancouver.
The always-outspoken “Trailblazer” took two low blows in the first round of their co-main event clash, yet referee Dan Miragliotta refused to deduct a point from Malott. Despite trying to push through the pain, Holland clearly wasn’t the same fighter afterward and went on to drop a unanimous decision, his second straight defeat.
Following the fight, Kevin Holland took to X to share his thoughts with fans.
“No doubt we suck, never bet on me again, and I need a head massage,” Holland wrote. Later, he added a more colorful take, saying,
“Man fook what y’all talking about, bro kicked a std into my d*ck.”

The loss marks Holland’s fifth Octagon appearance of 2025, where he now sits at 2-3 for the year and 28-15 overall with one no contest. Earlier in the year, he suffered a first-round submission loss to Reinier de Ridder at UFC 311 before bouncing back with wins over Gunnar Nelson and Vicente Luque. However, a decision loss to Daniel Rodriguez in July set the tone for what has become a rough stretch for the Texas native.
Known for his fearless style and willingness to fight anyone, anytime, Holland remains one of the most active competitors on the UFC roster. Even after this setback, fans can expect him to bounce back quickly, assuming he avoided any serious injury from the low blows.
As for Malott, the Canadian welterweight continues his impressive run, extending his winning streak to three with victories over Holland, Charles Radtke, and Trevin Giles. His record now stands at 13-2-1, while Holland looks to regroup and remind everyone why he’s still one of the most entertaining fighters in the game.
